Here’s what you’re actually paying for:
Most couples spend 15 to 20 hours scrolling social media, visiting directory websites, sending enquiries, and comparing options.
At even $30/hour, that’s $450 – 600 of your time. Time you could spend on literally anything else for your wedding. The concierge service is only $467, and you get a professional who’s done this hundreds of times handling everything for you.

Do we still get to choose the entertainer?
Absolutely. You’re always in control — I just make finding the act and choosing easier.
Are you recommending musicians because you get a commission?
No. You keep 100% of your entertainment budget going directly toward the performers. My focus is on you getting the act that you’ll love.
What if we’re not sure what music we want yet?
To get the best value from the Concierge Service, it’s important to have key details ready before we get started. These include your date, venue(s), performance times, the size and type of act and music styles along with a maximum budget. Knowing your key moment songs are also important and will help me make sure I only contact the artists that suit.
How long does the process take?
From booking to final entertainer confirmation typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on your wedding timeline and decision speed. Consultations are scheduled within 48 hours, and you’ll have your shortlist within 5-7 business days.
Please note: Depending upon requirements, your shortlist may take longer but this will be communicated during the 1:1 consultation.
How many couples do you work with per month?
The concierge service is limited to 4 couples per month to ensure every client gets my full attention and the best possible service.
What if our wedding is coming up soon?
I can help couples with as little as one week’s notice, depending on your requirements. For urgent bookings, the investment is $567 + GST. The increase reflects the intensive, focused work needed to find and vet the right entertainers on a compressed timeline. You’ll receive up to 3 carefully selected options instead of the usual 3-5, but they’ll all be excellent matches who are confirmed available for your date.
What if we don't like any of the acts you recommend?
In 25+ years, this has never happened – couples typically choose from the first 3 options I provide. However, if you don’t connect with the initial shortlist, I’ll provide up to 2 additional options, bringing the total to 5 acts.
If after 5 carefully selected recommendations you still haven’t found the right fit, it usually indicates the brief has changed or we need to revisit your requirements together. At that point, you’re welcome to a full refund minus a $150 + GST admin fee to cover the research time invested. The reason I cap it at 5 options is simple: beyond that, you’re dealing with decision fatigue rather than a shortage of good options, and that defeats the purpose of the service.
