Unfortunately no. If you cancel and rejoin later, you’ll pay whatever the current rate is at that time. Your founding member pricing is only protected while you maintain continuous membership. Once you cancel, you lose the founding member rate forever.
Once a couple selects your offer and pays us the booking fee, you’ll receive their contact details so you discuss your deposit, payment terms and cancellation policy with them.
Absolutely. You handle your own payment terms direct with the couple. Make sure include payment terms, deposit requirements and any cancellation policies in your quotes.
Yes, but only to help you submit a quote or when the couple have shown interest in your quote (e.g. asked for clarification). Please remember that providing direct contact details is against our terms and affects couples’ money-back guarantee eligibility.
We’re not going to make false promises about instant riches. As a relaunched platform, we’re building our couple base alongside our musician network, so initial volume depends on your location and profile quality.
