How long does the process take?
From booking to final entertainer confirmation typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on your wedding timeline and decision speed. Quote Reviews typically take up to 1 week depending upon how quickly the musicians provide the required information. Review calls are scheduled within 48 hours of completing the research.
Please note: Depending upon requirements, your shortlist may take longer but this will be communicated after receiving your form from Step 2.
How many couples do you work with per month?
The Quote Review Service is limited to 4 couples per month to ensure every client gets my full attention and the best possible service.
What if our wedding is coming up soon?
I can help couples with as little as one week’s notice, depending on your requirements and the speed at which I can contact the musicians and your venue. For urgent reviews, please contact us first.
What if we’re not sure what music we want yet?
The Quote Review Service, is for couples who have already submitted a quote request via the site and have active quotes from musicians.
If you haven’t already done this, request a quote here and then select the Quote Review Service after submitting the form. Alternatively, our Concierge Service may be more suitable if you prefer a complete ‘done-for-you’ option.
Do we get to choose the entertainer?
Absolutely. You’re always in control – I just make choosing your shortlisted act easier.
Are you recommending a musician because you get a commission?
No. You keep 100% of your entertainment budget going directly toward the performers. My focus is on you getting the act that you’ll love.
What if the musician I like isn't the one you recommend?
That’s completely fine. You’re not obligated to book anyone. The service gives you clarity and confidence, but the final decision is always yours.
What if I've already contacted the musicians direct?
No problem! This service works whether you’ve been in touch with them or not. I’ll still conduct my independent assessment and reach out to clarify any questions you might have and what you discussed with them.
Can you review more than 3 quotes?
The standard service covers up to 3 quotes, which is the sweet spot for most couples as it helps prevent overwhelm. If you need more than 3 reviewed, contact me and I can provide a custom quote.
What happens if none of the 3 musicians are suitable?
If none of the entertainers you chose for me to review are a good fit for your wedding, I’ll explain why and what next steps can be taken to find more suitable artists.
