It’s our promise to you that if you need to cancel the act you booked through our website, you’ll receive a refund of your booking fee less a $50 + GST Admin fee, or we’ll help you find a replacement – whichever you prefer.
We want to make sure you have complete peace of mind that you made a fantastic choice with your wedding entertainer, and they’re going to have you smiling on your wedding day!
We understand though, that life can sometimes take a bit of a turn, and for whatever reason – you might need to postpone your wedding or cancel the entertainer you booked. Sometimes unfortunately the entertainer can also cancel on you.

Fair and Flexible Booking Fee Refunds
If you paid your booking fee via this website and need to cancel your entertainer, we offer a refund of the booking fee you paid less a $50 + GST Admin fee.
If You Need to Postpone
If you just need to postpone your wedding date, give your booked entertainer a call to discuss any postponement fees. If the entertainer isn’t available for your new date, we’ll work with you to find a replacement and refund any difference in booking fee if it’s less than the original fee you paid via this website.
If the entertainer cancels on you – please let us know immediately so we can kick them up the bum! We’ll also naturally find you a more reliable replacement!

Important: If an entertainer provides you with their contact information or requests contact outside of the website prior to booking them, ask them to redirect their quote and questions via your event to ensure you’re covered for our Wedding Entertainment Guarantee.
Note: The booking fee is separate to the entertainer deposit and final fees. We encourage you to discuss these with your chosen act and also enquire about any postponement or cancellation policies they might have.
